What Our Residents Have to Say

This complex has come a long way since new ownership. The staff is very helpful and the maintanence staff is quick to respond. The only problem i have is the trash in which has nothing to do with the staff but the residents leaving furniture and trash bags out of the dumpster. Its usually pretty quick and i can tell the new owners care and are removing problems that have been here. I would recommend this place to anyone with or with out family.

My apartment looks so modern! It’s very spacious. I’m grateful that rent doesn’t take up the majority of my paycheck! When I go to the apartment building’s office, I find the people approachable, positive, and helpful. I love living here!

There are new people in the office which seems to be a major improvement from the previous that were there. Knightvest has done a lot to improve this property and has gotten rid of a lot of the problem people. Looking forward to seeing what else is in store at Equinox.

I have lived here just over 2 years and we have a new management team. I believe that things will finally start running smooth and actually look forward to seeing what changes are coming. I know change can be scary but I think this is going to be amazing!
